Usual Adult Dose for Allergic Conjunctivitis

Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 2 times a day

Comments: May administer eye drops every 8 to 12 hours, but should not administer more than twice a day.

Use: For the treatment of itching related to pollen, ragweed, grass, animal hair and dander.

Usual Pediatric Dose for Allergic Conjunctivitis

Age: 3 years and older
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 2 times a day

Administration advice:

• For ophthalmic use only
• Remove soft contact lens prior to treatment; may reinsert lenses 10 minutes after eye drop administration.

• Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
• Replace cap to bottle after each use.

• Patients should be instructed not to wear a contact lens if eyes are red.
• Patients should be instructed not to touch bottle tip to eyes, hands, or any other surface in order to prevent contamination of the bottle.
• Patients should be instructed to notify their healthcare professional if they experience eye pain, changes in vision, redness of the eye, or if itching does not improve after 72 hours.
