Usual Adult Dose for Bacterial Conjunctivitis
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 3 times a day, 4 to 12 hours apart, for 7 days.
Use: For the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis due to susceptible isolates of Aerococcus viridans, CDC coryneform group G, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, C striatum, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella lacunata, M catarrhalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, S epidermidis, S hominis, S lugdunensis, S warneri, Streptococcus mitis group, S oralis, S pneumoniae, S salivarius

Administration advice:
- For topical ophthalmic use only (not for injection into the eye)
- Do not inject subconjunctivally; do not introduce directly into the anterior chamber of the eye.
- Invert closed bottle and shake once before each use; with bottle inverted, remove cap, tilt head back, and gently squeeze bottle to instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s).
Storage requirements:
- Store at 15C to 25C (59F to 77F); protect from light.
Patient advice:
- Do not wear contact lenses if you have signs/symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis or during therapy.
- Wash hands thoroughly before using this drug.
- Avoid contaminating the applicator tip with material from the eye, fingers, or any other source.
- Stop this drug and contact physician at first sign of rash or allergic reaction.
- Avoid missing doses and complete the entire course of therapy.
