Besivance (besifloxacin) for Conjunctivitis, Bacterial "Had conjunctivitis for 10 days and was unable to get it to clear up. Within a span of 3 hours of using Besivance the infection started clearing up. Within 2 days all swelling, redness, itchy, and discharge gone."
