Usual Adult Dose for Cough and Nasal Congestion
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 250 mg-1100 mg-30 mg oral tablet, extended release
1 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 2 tablets daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 325 mg-200 mg-5 mg oral tablet:
2 tablets orally every 4 hours not to exceed 12 tablets daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 325 mg-200 mg-5 mg/15 mL oral syrup:
30 mL orally every 4 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 650 mg-600 mg-20 mg oral tablet:
1 tablet orally every 8 hours not to exceed 3 tablets daily.
Usual Pediatric Dose for Cough and Nasal Congestion
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 250 mg-1100 mg-30 mg oral tablet, extended release
6 to 11 years: 1/2 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 1 tablet daily.
12 years or older: 1 tablet orally every 12 hours not to exceed 2 tablets daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 325 mg-200 mg-5 mg oral tablet:
12 years or older: 2 tablets orally every 4 hours not to exceed 12 tablets daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 325 mg-200 mg-5 mg/15 mL oral syrup:
12 years or older: 30 mL orally every 4 hours not to exceed 6 doses daily.
Acetaminophen/guaifenesin/phenylephrine 650 mg-600 mg-20 mg oral tablet:
6 to 11 years: 1/2 tablet orally every 8 hours not to exceed 1 and 1/2 tablets daily.
12 years or older: 1 tablet orally every 8 hours not to exceed 3 tablets daily.
