The safety of aducanumab in patients with pretreatment localized superficial siderosis, patients having had 10 or more brain microhemorrhages, and/or a brain hemorrhage greater than 1 cm within one year of treatment initiation has not been established. Aducanumab may cause amyloid related imaging abnormalities including edema, microhemorrhages, and superficial siderosis.
