Voriconazole for Fungal Pneumonia User Reviews

"I had exophilia cancer, a fungal pneumonia, in 2018. Voriconazole is the only drug that would touch the infection. Other than the associated eye symptoms while taking the drug, the side effects were mild. I am still alive today (exophilia cancer is extremely rare and has an 80% mortality rate) due to this drug and a doctor that knew what he was dealing with."

"I had a single lung transplant in September of 2020. In December of '21, there was a fungal infection in my new lung. Voriconazole was prescribed. First, I had like an 'acid trip,' ocular disturbances + auditory and visual hallucinations. After 4 days, they stopped it, and I am at a lower dose now. I take many drugs to keep me alive that have weighed heavily on me."
