Sildenafil "All I can say is thanks to my doctor for Viagra! I'm only 48 but had been suffering occasional issues with not getting or keeping an erection, and it was becoming an issue. As any man knows... once you think too much about how important it is to get the erection, it's not going to stay or happen! The doctor recommended trying Viagra 50mg to get back into the swing of it after the usual checks. He actually said probably cutting the 50mg pill in half would work, but I popped in the 50mg anyhow at the end of a meal out and gave myself the recommended 1 hour. Sildenafil "I'm 71 and have been using Viagra or sildenafil for about a year. It is a wonderful drug, but getting the dosage right is critical. I can still get an erection without help, but it had become a bit unreliable. I started off taking half a 50 mg tablet. It certainly worked, but I felt it was just a bit too much. I now cut the tablet into 4 and find a quarter of a tablet makes all the difference and barely gives me any side effects. The half-tablet dose was too much for me. It gave a very strong erection but reduced the sensations and gave me a slight headache. So I reckon it's worth experimenting to find the minimum dose you can get away with. (NB the low dose works better on a reasonably empty stomach)"

"Tried sildenafil for the first time this weekend for ED. It has a tendency to make an outgoing personality not so much. It did not make me rock hard at 60 mg. I'm thinking it should have. "I'm 54 and was good in sex until 53, and later I saw because of work stress and other life stresses and big gaps in the sex made my erectile dysfunction, and I believe one more reason when I was taking some medicine to control my blood pressure, those medicines also affect my sex process. I decided to start Viagra (Sildenafil) 60 mg in June 2020, and it worked well. Within two hours, it started working, and that goes up to four hours. No major side effects. Sildenafil "Yes, I achieved good erections after about 40 to 50 minutes and yes, I could repeat the experience a week or two later; however, the side effects drove me away from it. Side effects: Annoyance, blue-tinted vision lasting about 2 hours. First, migraine-like headaches. No conventional medicines would relieve the pain, sensitivity to light, nausea, and lethargy. The most disturbing was difficulty swallowing for about 3-4 hours. I ended up switching to 'Levitra'. Only a mild headache and some other minor effects for 2-3 hours. Not quite as good of an erection though (80% to 90% as good)."
