Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 76. Been using Cialis for BPH and also ED. Tried Viagra last week. Wow. Never performed so well. Took about 2 hours before sex. Had a great erection and lasted as long as I wanted to. Decided to climax after about 1/2 hr. of continuous intercourse. My partner was amazed and said it was the best! I had received 50 mg tablets, but I cut them in half. Seemed to be more than enough. Maybe I'll try 50 mg for comparison."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 48, and I don't have any problem getting an erection, I still fancy my wife very much. The issue I have is maintaining it, then it became a psychological problem. I've been on this amazing drug now for over a year, and it works very well for me. In fact, I love the intense erection it gives me. Yes, I get facial flushing and a slight headache, but ibuprofen sorts that out. If nothing else, I oddly like the flushing now. For Erectile Dysfunction "50 yrs old. ED started mid 40's. Tried Cialis - sometimes worked. Got this and WHAM! Took a test dose of 60 mg and did not tell my g/f because that night - I wanted to make sure it worked. 2 hours later BAM! I stopped her from making dinner and led her in the bedroom. Haven't had that stamina since I was in my 20's! Needless to say, we are both smiling and glad a generic form of Viagra is now available. YAY!!!!! is all I can say. Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "Viagra works great. Take between 50 and 100 mg depending on the night's activities. Most of the time, I wake up the next morning with another stiff one. Two for the price of one. I'm 64, and the $50 price tag is too high anymore. Doc just prescribed the 20 mg generics. I think taking 2 or 3 of them will work the same."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I have been using Viagra for about 2 weeks. I previously was taking 5 mg Cialis for daily use for about a year. That was great at first, but firmness tended to be not as strong at times. My doctor gave me 50 mg Viagra samples, and my wife and I could tell a big difference! It is more expensive, but you could buy the 100 mg pills and cut them into halves or even quarters. I am over 50 and have great sex with my wife at least 3 to 4 times weekly. Stay away from the fake stuff. I am very thankful to the doctors who made these medications available in my generation! When I think about it, my sex life is greater now than when I was 20!"

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm 48, and it makes me feel 20 again 'down there.' I take 25 mg on an empty stomach, pre-dissolved in water, and it works in 10 minutes. Side effects have been very mild: stuffy nose and an occasional light headache. It allows me to be very effective for about 4 to 6 hours with a quick recovery time. This is a great medicine, but don't overuse it. Taking it every day is not as sweet as once or twice a week."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "This is an absolutely fantastic medication, has vastly improved intimacy and sex with partner, self-confidence and self-esteem. I was hard enough to penetrate but would lose erection, and this, while partner was fully supportive and patient, would cause upset and tension, sex was not a pleasant experience. Now, fantastic, having fun with my partner again, have a fully hard and lasting erection. Can sometimes delay climax but not to the point of becoming a problem. Have had minor headaches and flushing but nothing major, I can find it difficult to orgasm, as I mentioned above, but again it's just being patient. My relationship is fantastic now, and I feel like a proper man again. As I didn't before. Don't want to have to use this forever, though, but will continue to use this for a few months. For Erectile Dysfunction "I am able to get 60 20 mg tablets for under $30. I typically take 60 mg (3 tablets) an hour before sex. It works best if taken on an empty stomach. I get acute nasal congestion when using this medication, which is easily treated with an over-the-counter decongestant spray. This medication has improved my sex life and my self-worth. For Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "Purchased 100 mg tablets with the intent of cutting the pills in half. What I found was that the medication was inconsistent. What I mean by that was one tablet was the equivalent of 10 mg, the next basically a placebo, and the next 100 mg. I’m glad I don’t need this as a life-saving medication, or I’d probably be dead. Absolutely no quality control by the manufacturer."

For Erectile Dysfunction "I am 64, with a stent that was put in following a heart attack. I was experiencing ED and was hesitant to use sildenafil until I had, in my mind, stabilized through exercise and dosages of medications. Once I was ready, I started by taking a 25 mg dose (approximately, cut a 100 mg pill down) that had almost no effect. I gradually increased the dosage in 25 mg steps, each having more of an effect until I reached 100 mg. BAM! My wife was shocked/delighted to see it coming back up 5 minutes after we stopped. It was like I was 20 again! The side effects were minimal: slightly stuffy nose, lower backache the morning after (could have been from a dramatic increase in using those muscles), very slight headache (drank a lot of water to cure it), flushed. None of the side effects outweighed the sensation of dopamine being released, though."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I'm in my early 50s and have found it difficult lately to achieve an erection. So, I started on sildenafil 25mg but this didn't work for me, so I increased the dosage to 100 mg. I found it best to take a couple of hours before going to bed. After some foreplay, I was rock hard and my wife and I had hard, vigorous sex for over an hour. I had an explosive orgasm and I was able to carry on until she came. Sildenafil for Sexual Dysfunction, SSRI Induced "A strong pill for erection, but with some side effects. 12.5 mg works great (strong erection) 30 min-1 h before and lasts for 3 h-4 h. It's easy to recover erection but can be lost sometimes. Side effects (0 h-4 h): - Stuffy nose. Side effects (4 h-12 h): - Stomach discomfort, indigestion - Sleepiness, trouble sleeping. Tried Levitra, not as strong as Viagra, but some side effects. I'm now trying Avanafil (25 mg) and by now, no side effects (maybe because of its PDE5 highly selectivity), but lasts only 2 h."

Sildenafil for Erectile Dysfunction "I was reluctant to take Viagra because of some of the reviews regarding health problems after taking Viagra, but I tried it once. I took the Viagra at 5:30 pm. I felt nothing until 6:15 pm. At 6:15 pm, I felt some heat in my body, with slight fullness in my head. At 6:40 pm, I met my girlfriend, and I took her to the room. I felt somewhat different in my body, I could hold the erection for a long time (previously, without Viagra, when I tried putting on a condom, I lost the erection), but now after taking Viagra, I can hold the erection after using a condom and can have good sex too. I had sex twice in that session. But one thing I have noticed is that the time to ejaculate is the same with and without taking Viagra, the only difference I felt is that I can hold the erection."

Sildenafil for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Revatio was prescribed by my pulmonary doctor for PAH. A miracle drug that helped me breathe better, I was able to exercise and felt great. After changing insurance carriers, I am no longer able to get Revatio, and I can tell how my body feels lethargic and I have spells of hard to breathe all day long now. Sad, but health care and insurance don't go hand in hand to help us that actually need this med, as it is extremely expensive. My 90-day supply of 10 mg, 3 times a day med cost almost 3,000.00, but my copay was only 60.00. Since I lost that insurance, I can no longer get Revatio."

For Erectile Dysfunction "Viagra (the brand) worked just fine (100 mg). This sildenafil generic drug has all the effect of taking chalk. AM, PM, before meal, after meal, has absolutely no effect. I've considered sending it for pharmacologic testing. Absolutely worthless, and bottoms out my glucose as well, so not only may it be ineffective, it may be dangerous to diabetics."
