For Herbal Supplementation "I take sea buckthorn for Sjögren's, with very dry eyes, dry mouth, and swollen parotid glands, and sea buckthorn oil has changed everything for me. I take 2 to 4 soft gels a day, and it keeps the symptoms of Sjögren's away. I was told about them by someone who worked in a health food store. I am so grateful."
