"My 13-year-old daughter spent 2 weeks in the hospital. The first 9 days were at home before getting a positive Covid test (after 2 negatives) at 2 other hospitals. 12 of those days with a fever over 104 with bilateral Covid pneumonia. She was treated 3 days with Remdesivir. Heart rate was in the 40s and O2 in the 80s. She needed supplemental oxygen, of course. I do think Remdesivir saved her life. I was just wondering if anyone had extreme hair loss after using it? They say it could be from the fevers, but who knows, really..."

"My son (fully vaccinated) contracted COVID and lives with me. I have a compromised immune system, and my doctor recommended antibody treatment in Nov 2021. It seems to have caused an increase in migraines, very high blood pressure, and periodic painful, pinpoint skin infections (primarily on the fingers). The headaches persist (7 months later), but skin infections have resolved. Medicine for the blood pressure has been started. I have not contracted COVID, so the antiviral therapy worked."

"Fully vaccinated, got COVID. Immediately upon testing positive, I was told by the clinic I had COVID too long for remdesivir or any antiviral to work. What a bunch of rubbish that proved to be. My condition worsened so much! My local ER refused to treat me with this drug. Oxygen levels dropped so dangerously low. My primary couldn't seem to help me at all. Finally went to a different ER. Got remdesivir via IV. Within hours, all symptoms except pneumonia went away. I mean GONE! Fever never returned, nausea, vomiting, headache, head-to-toe pain...all GONE. With that kind of relief, my immune system was able to focus on fighting the pneumonia, and it was bad. I remain so upset that this medication was withheld from me for so long and it was unnecessary! Why is it not being given? Something stinks to high heaven in how this medication is being so unevenly applied, even among my own local providers. Perhaps something else is driving the misinformation highway. I only know it works and fast!"
