For Chronic Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease With A Progressive Phenotype "Started taking this 2 months ago at 150 mg, 2 times a day. It has gotten rid of my appetite and taste. I get mild nausea and some headaches. Worst of it is that I have horrible fatigue. I was feeling fairly well before the lung biopsy and starting Ofev. Energy was good with minimal shortness of breath. Now I wake up exhausted. Doctor is considering lowering my dose. I can't yet say if the medicine has been effective until my next scan."

For Chronic Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease With A Progressive Phenotype "I was warned to expect stomach upset and diarrhea. The first night I suffered dry heaves but no vomiting. Ever since, the only symptom I have been experiencing is fatigue. Other than that, there have been no noticeable side effects yet."
