Nintedanib for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis "I have been on Ofev 150 mg twice daily for about 7-8 weeks. Mild abdominal pain, diarrhea, most days several watery stools severe enough I don't leave the house. Mild headaches. Breathing does seem better, cough is much better. I have not had repeat testing done."

"Given this after more cancer was spotted going towards the spine/neck. This after a 3-month course of chemo and radiation finished 2 months ago. Told to take Vargatef (nintedanib) 100 mg for 21 days and then further treatment. Within a day and 2 tablets, felt awful. Nauseous, headache. Had to stop after 3 days. This medicine has completely messed me up, when the fairly large cancer/chemo hadn't been too bad at all. Constant vomiting/bile first 2 weeks, constant cough. And a few more. Worst, it's 3 weeks later and still feeling the effects. Never again, doc said it was experimental for his condition. The worst."

Nintedanib for Chronic Fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease With A Progressive Phenotype "Started taking this 2 months ago at 150 mg, 2 times a day. It has gotten rid of my appetite and taste. I get mild nausea and some headaches. Worst of it is that I have horrible fatigue. I was feeling fairly well before the lung biopsy and starting Ofev. Energy was good with minimal shortness of breath. Now I wake up exhausted. Doctor is considering lowering my dose. I can't yet say if the medicine has been effective until my next scan."
