For Vitamin/Mineral Supplementation and Deficiency "Centrum Silver contains hydrogenated palm oil (HPO) that is harmful to someone with my condition... I have a coronary stent. I have switched to Premier Value Multivital Platinum, it apparently does not contain HPO."
