"I tried several other forms of magnesium, and magnesium glycinate seems to work best for me. I was still having leg cramps using the other types, but my leg cramps stopped after supplementing with the suggested dose of Albion magnesium glycinate I had purchased online. When I added magnesium glycinate to our regime, it also stopped the leg cramps for my husband. The one I take is 133 mg. I do take supplements of calcium and magnesium that also have a combo of carbonate, aspartate, and citrate, but it was not effective by itself for the leg cramps. I have had no negative side effects from the magnesium glycinate."
