For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I am so happy with the samples provided by my endocrinologist. The only thing I am so sad about is that I cannot afford the prohibitive costs. However, overall, this is the best thing I've ever had to make my Irritable Bowel Syndrome-D tolerable. I can go out of the house again without worrying, and the terrible stomach pains are a thing of the past."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "After seeing my regular doctor and a GI for IBS-D, I was dissatisfied with their approaches for my IBS-take a probiotic, take fiber, avoid problem foods, and take Immodium. I just wanted my old life back, where I could go out to a restaurant with my friends and travel without thinking about my 8+ daily diarrhea bowel movements. I decided to see an integrative doctor who prescribed EnteraGam. I've been on it several weeks now, and it is a game changer. My bloating, cramps, and urgency are gone, and I now have one solid bowel movement a day 90% of the time. It's a miracle. The only side effect I seem to have is a very mild sore throat. I plan on discussing this with my doctor at my next follow-up."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "It took almost two weeks of two packets a day, but so very worth it. I had a daily headache for about the first week. I'd been having severe gut issues for a year. I had just given up on eating during my workday because of unpredictable diarrhea. My life centered around bathroom availability. I have decreased to one packet as per my doctor. I feel more hopeful than I have in a very long time."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I was diagnosed with collagenous colitis/microscopic colitis in October 2016. After going through two different steroids and 'diets' to try to improve my leaky gut, this has proven the best yet. I've been on it since November 2016, one packet a day. I was wary at first about taking it because it isn't well studied, but after three days of being on it, I wasn't having any more diarrhea. After about a week, the cramping went away. I still need to watch what I eat (not too much dairy, wheat, etc.), but this makes it to where I can at least enjoy a meal without having to run to the bathroom twelve times a day. I've had, I'd say, three 'flare-ups' in between starting this and now, which are not even near as bad as they were without this medicine."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I have taken EnteraGam daily for almost 3 years. It has significantly improved my IBS, although poor food choices and stress can totally override its helpfulness. The pricing of EnteraGam seems completely random - $25 to over $500 for a box of 30. It is unbelievably frustrating to deal with Foundation Healthcare, the only pharmacy that fills EnteraGam prescriptions. You never get the same answer twice from them about pricing. It's highly suspect and undermines the credibility for this medication."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "EnteraGam has been a lifesaver. I have been dealing with the D and stomach pains for about 4 years now and started taking EnteraGam a little over 6 months ago, and it has helped a ton. I can now go out without fear of problems. I still have stomach pain from time to time, but not daily as I was. It is a little bit on the expensive side (I use 2 boxes a month), but it is worth it to me."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I have experienced IBS-d for 5 years with abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating weight loss and food restrictions. I had gone to multiple doctors and clinics. The usual antibiotics and low fermentation diets were recommended. To no avail. So frustrated and depressed I finally went to my Integrative medine doctor who is an internal medicine doctor not GI doc. She gave me samples of EnteraGam packets. I readily took them and after one packet the next day I had a normal stool! I thought it may be a fluke..but I took it twice a day for 6 months and now am just taking them 3x a week . It's been 9 months and I have my life back. I am eating dairy, grains raw salads and beans! No pain and no diarrhea! This has been a miracle for me and hope it will help others in their journey of healing their gut."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I tried EnteraGam last week for two and a half days, at a much-reduced dose, less than half a packet twice a day. I got a mild headache about 30 min. after taking the first dose. I also felt like my throat was prickly and maybe a bit swollen. After five doses, I discontinued it. But I decided to try it again yesterday, taking 1/2 tsp. in the a.m. and 1 tsp. in the p.m. I awoke today feeling awful. The left upper side of my body hurt, especially my left breast. My gut felt like it was compressed, and I was very nauseous. I am discontinuing it for now. I wish I could tolerate it because I can only eat three things, and I just do not know how to heal my gut, even though I have taken probiotics for over five years and many other su."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "Really liked how EnteraGam affected my digestion from the beginning. I had been on a very restrictive diet due to food intolerances, and after taking EnteraGam for only a couple of days, I already could add new foods to my diet. It also helped me with bloating and stomach cramps. Great product!"

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "It has saved my father’s life! He survived multiple episodes of sepsis, many of them with a GI source (c. diff and ascending cholangitis). No sepsis in 4 months since starting EnteraGam. Before, he was almost monthly. He gained weight and strength! I’m very happy with this medication, for us, so far, it was a miracle!"

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I have been taking Enteragam, along with carafate daily for about 6 months. I had pretty immediate results for abdominal pain, diarrhea, gastritis and all of the damage from years of food allergy issues. I agree it is not a free pass to eat rubbish food as you will get ill again. The gastro Drs and the pharmacy did the leg work so I got it for a very reasonable price.. I am so grateful to these people for the relief.."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I have ongoing difficulties with reactions to many foods..constant stomach aches, bloating, constipation, cramps, diarrhea, frequent bowel movements...this med has created more of the above and gives me a headache. I really have no idea if I should stick with it for the 4 - 6 weeks to see if the lining of my gut will heal? I'm desperate and disgusted with my condition, and the lack of response to this "medicinal food"."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I've been taking EnteragGam for a month (5 weeks) for IBS-D (and interstitial cystitis, which is related IMO) and with 2 packets a day I see a vast improvement of my stools, which have been loose/watery for close to a year with nothing else working (probiotics, supplements, medications, etc.) I used to "go" 3-4 times/day and now it's mostly back to once a day. I would say at this point my IBS-D is 70-80% better. It doesn't taste like anything, and I just add it to my green prebiotic smoothie every morning, which is quite tasty. If I can't make the smoothie I still take the EnteraGam, that's how helpful I believe it is. I have a 3-month prescription and hope it continues to improve and/or stay this way."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I started taking Enteragam 8 days ago from December 8th to today December 15th for my Ulcerative Colitis. The first three days, one packet, after that two packets a day. I have had no symptoms of any kind whatsoever good or bad, and no improvements to my lose stools. I did notice very, almost black stools. I will continue taking it for the next week and see if anything changes."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I took Enteragam for over 5 years, but my insurance company recently stopped covering it at all. Given the astronomical price of this medical food without insurance coverage, I had to make the difficult decision to stop taking Enteragam. In less than a month off Enteragam, I feel much better without it and my bowel movements have been reduced by half. I feel like I've been scammed for 5 years, at considerable expense."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "My daughter who sufferes from Dysautonomia/POTS went from being unable to keep anything in long enough to get nutrients, to being able to eat again with this product. The ulcerative colitis and IBS made her unwilling to try to eat. It was the first thing she didn’t pass through with pain. It was a difference from day one. We are so grateful. Foundation Care helped make this possible because our insurance wouldn’t cover it. I understand it was new, and the first of its kind so I’m sure the cost will go down eventually."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "Enteragam tastes unbelievably disgusting, it’s like drinking a vomit smoothie. I can’t comment on its effectiveness because I simply can’t get it down. I’m very frustrated. Also, agree the pricing policy seems criminal. Thankfully I got a sample box."

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I tried so hard to use this. Mixed it in with everything from OJ to coffee with extra creamer and applesauce but NEVER could get past the disgusting flavor! So gross! It’s got a very very strong wild game taste and leaves an aftertaste that reminds me of the manure smell that stayed in my nose after visiting my uncles cow and bull pasture. If they wanna sell this stuff they gotta work on that!"

For Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea "I live in Mexico, after becoming very ill with a parasite and many antibiotics to rid myself of it, my Gastroenteroligist did a colonoscopy. I had an ulcer in the colon. Had a horrible attack and was in bed for 3+ weeks. Horrible pain, could not eat. Felt I was wasting away. He had put me on several meds (for life) and a bland very restrictive diet. Traveled to US, was given Enteragam. After one packet, I noticed a huge improvement. I am only using one packet a day it has only been a month and back to a normal healthy diet. No the taste is not great. I mix mine with crab-grape (diet) and down it. It is worth it! Hoping the ulcer will heal. We will see, follow up colonoscopy in Feb."

"I have been taking for nine days 2 packs per day until day 14. it if for Diarrhea post Cdiff. I did have bad headaches for first 7 days and then they stopped. Easier to take if I mix in 2 ounces of warm water and after dissolved add several ounces of milk. More palatable that way. I seem to be having less stools per day. Down to 3-4. Hoping for even more improvement. Had several months of diarrhea but with pandemic held off seeing doctor. Finally diagnosed with Cdiff. Cleared with meds but have had continuous urgency and diarrhea for six months. So hoping for good results."
