"This cream has not eliminated my scabies, but it is the only cream (together with Kleen Green) that helps me maintain control and function without itching. Permethrin worked the first time but not when the scabies returned the second time. I also tried Malathion and regularly visited the swimming pool (chlorine wash) without effect. Natural remedies like mustard, vinegar + eucalyptus/tea tree/clove, and neem oil have had limited effect. There might be an effective combination at hand, but I haven't been able to work it out. When perusing academic articles, scabies appears under-researched and permethrin overrated."
