For Female Infertility "I tried Clomid 50 mg for three cycles, but no success 3-7. My periods were on the 20 Sep 2019. I started on the 23 Sept 2019 Clomid 100 mg first round 4-8. I didn't experience any side effects. The only result when I finished the 7 days was cramps in my abdomen for 1 day. Then the next day, my nipples became sore. I'm just waiting to miss my period and get a big positive. God bless all. Cross fingers, ladies. Baby dust to you all."

For Female Infertility "I’m on my 3rd cycle of Clomid. I took 50 mg on my first and second cycle, now I’m on 100 mg. I hope and pray it works. I’m married, and my husband and I don’t have any kids. I’m 27, he is 28. We want a baby badly, praying this cycle works."

For Ovulation Induction "Thank you all for sharing your stories! You are very brave! I'm actually going through this at the moment. I'm 31 years old and on my second Clomid cycle at 100 mg. I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months (I have no children yet). The first cycle of Clomid failed, my doctor put me on this medication to induce ovulation since PCOS does not allow me to ovulate regularly. I'm praying this time around God blesses me with a miracle that my husband and I want so much. I'm very optimistic about this, and I know it will happen, as I know it will happen for all of you ladies as well! Have faith, and I'll be praying for you all!"

For Female Infertility "I'm on day 4 of taking the 50 mg clomiphene. I have one more day to take it, then I gotta have sex on the days my OB wrote down. For a week, I've been getting migraines, and I've been emotional, crying over things I didn't think I'd be crying over. I've been getting really hot lately. Can someone please tell me if these are side effects from the medicine or if it is a possibility I could be pregnant? I'm 19 years old. My fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and had no luck, and in 2019, I was pregnant with twins and had vanishing twin syndrome and a miscarriage at ten weeks. I'm really hoping this medicine works for us and that I can have a healthy pregnancy."

For Female Infertility "My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past 2.5 years, had one miscarriage, and after that, I have had no success. I also have PCOS. I am on my first cycle of Clomid 50 mg, hoping I get a blessing at the end of my first cycle! I am having mood swings the past day or so, getting very emotional over small things, lol! Good luck to everyone! We will get there eventually!"

For Ovulation Induction "I used to have irregular periods, and I really wanted to be a mum, so I went to a gynecologist, and I was prescribed Clomid to use on day 3 of my period for 5 days, and to have intercourse days after finishing. I'm happy to say it worked. I got 3 positive pregnancy tests, confirmed by the doctor on my 1st prenatal visit. I'm so happy. Baby dust to everyone who is on the journey that I was on."

For Female Infertility "Finally, after reading all Clomid reviews countless times, especially when I was low, I'm here to share my success story. Quick update: I'm a PCOD patient, 32 years old. In 2020, I took Clomid 50mg for 3 cycles, but no success. I skipped one month, then got a Big Fat Positive (BFP) and was blessed with a baby boy who is now 3.6 years old. I tried for baby number 2 for almost 3 cycles with 100mg of Clomid and one cycle of letrozole, but no success. I finally thought of giving up, but something in my heart wanted to try one last time. So, I took the last cycle of Clomid 100mg with trigger shots, and boom, received a big fat positive on the 21st day. Now, I'm 8 weeks pregnant. I'm so happy, blessed again on this motherhood journey. Baby dust to all, don't lose hope, miracles happen every day. Keep praying. Love you all."

For Female Infertility "Clomid did what it was supposed to do as far as making me ovulate. However, I experienced a lot of pain, fullness, and bloating during ovulation time. I also gained 10 pounds during the 3 months that I took Clomid."

For Female Infertility "Have been TTC for 2.5 years. Got complete tests done, and everything is normal for both of us. Doc prescribed 50 mg Clomid for the first cycle and HCG trigger shot a day before ovulation. Ovulated but got my period. On my second cycle currently, took the HCG shot already, 2 follicles are matured, with 19 mm and 20 mm. Now waiting for 15 days for the BFP. Hope to get through this time. Though the side effects were too bad for me: hot flashes, crying for no reason, nausea, and fatigue."

For Female Infertility "I have been trying to conceive for over a year, so my doctor prescribed clomiphene 100 mg. I took it on the 2nd day of my first cycle, but it didn't work. I was so disappointed, so I decided to try on my second cycle, and it worked. I just found out I am expecting my bundle of joy."

For Female Infertility "I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago. I had started trying to get pregnant two years ago after I'd stopped my Depo use (I was taking this for 9 years - not recommended). I had my first son at 21 with no problems. Once my Dr. diagnosed me, he tried me on 2000 mg a day of metformin since I'm insulin resistant. That did nothing but make me sick every day. I couldn't even eat. I'm a much slimmer person. He gave me 50 mg of Clomid to take for 5 days. Since I hadn't had a cycle on my own since I stopped Depo, the Clomid completely showed signs of promising progress. I went to have an ultrasound a week after I finished the Clomid, and I not only had one but 2-3 follicles that were maturing and one very close to ovulation. I pray it works."

For Female Infertility "I have one healthy son, age 3.75 years. Husband and I were trying from March 2020. Saw my OB-GYN in late August 2020, who monitored my ovulation for three months by looking at day 21 progesterone. I was ovulating but not always strong enough to support pregnancy. I started on 50 mg Clomid in December 2020 and upped it to 75 mg the following month. Received my BFP in March 2021, but sadly that ended as a missed miscarriage in April 2021. I am pleased to report that I waited one cycle after the D&C and then had one natural cycle before taking Clomid at 75 mg again in June, and I’ve just received my second BFP! This little pill does work like magic! I am over the moon with excitement as I’m going to be 40 next month, so time is ticking. Praying this little one is a strong and successful pregnancy. Baby dust to all."

For Female Infertility "I was pregnant once in 2017, but I ended up having a miscarriage when I was in my third trimester. Since then, I have been trying to conceive naturally with no success, so I went to my doctor and I was diagnosed with PCOS. So my doctor put me on Clomid 50 mg. I tried it the first time, but it didn't work. I want to give it a second try, and if it doesn't work, I'm going for 100 mg. My boyfriend and I want our baby so badly. I can't wait to be called 'Mummy.' Please, guys, wish us, because I know next time I will give a positive review."

For Female Infertility "I’ve been trying on and off to get pregnant for about 18 years, gone through extensive tests, diagnosed with PCOS, and the only thing they told me to do was lose weight. I tried keto and lost weight, then life happened and fell off the keto train, then moved to Texas, and the doctor gave me 3 cycles of 50 mg Clomid. I’m on my first cycle, right after the last pill, I had a headache for 3 days straight, and I took it at night to avoid the symptoms, but got bloating still. I tracked ovulation with OPKs and ovulated on cycle day 20, used pressed, and I’ve been taking prenatal. Fingers crossed."

For Ovulation Induction "I have been reading all of the comments on here. Some have a positive outcome and some not so good. I started my first round of Clomid yesterday. I am 38 years old and have one child already, age 5. My husband and I have been TTC for the past 1.5 years with no luck. I went to see a fertility doctor, and he started me on Clomid. He stated that my egg count was low. So hopefully this will give me the boost I need."

For Ovulation Induction "Been trying to get pregnant for the past 10 months, so in March of 2020, my doctor requested that I do an HSG test to see if my tubes were blocked, but luckily they weren't. So he decided to put me on Clomid 100 mg, first time trying. Keeping my fingers crossed."

For Female Infertility "I tried clomiphene for 3 cycles. Unfortunately, in the 1st two cycles, I didn't get pregnant. In the 3rd round, my husband was out of station. As the doctor recommended us to try only 3 cycles, in the 4th cycle we tried naturally and I got pregnant. I am in the 6th week of my pregnancy. Sometimes after taking Clomid, ovulation naturally occurs. Thanks to God. I pray to God for all trying for a baby, may you be blessed with a baby soon."

For Ovulation Induction "On my 3rd month of Clomid. (Last one) I am really hoping this would be the month. I only noticed 2 significant side effects from 2 months taking it: I get so bloated for like 3-4 days around ovulation time, plus very emotional. I cried a lot. Good luck to us! Hope we all have success stories to tell."

For Oligospermia "I've been taking 50 mg of Clomid every other day for about a year to help low testosterone (male). My testosterone was at 233 prior to starting and is now at 742. This shift was directly in step with when I started taking the medication. I have experienced some joint pain (likely due to lower bondable estrogen), and my libido is still low (although higher than it was pre-Clomid). Otherwise, it has been fantastic, it's super easy to take every other day, and the 25-day half-life keeps the levels super consistent, even if you miss a dose accidentally."

For Ovulation Induction "I’m 39 and a mother to a 2-year-old healthy boy; thanks to Clomid. I was 22 when I began to try to conceive the natural way. Had 2 early miscarriages in 2005 and in 2008 from a previous partner. Met my husband in 2016 and started to show signs of anovulation. My MD prescribed Clomid at 100 mg. Boom! Pregnant on the 2nd try. I feel having waited this long, my age has made it more difficult to conceive due to low AMH, endometriosis, one blocked tube, and pre-diabetes. But I wouldn’t change it for the world. Here I am at 39, trying for baby #2. Six months of Clomid and no luck. The fertility specialist switched to Femara for the first cycle with IUI and still no luck. Took a 1-month break due to a cyst on the right ovary, so I was prescribed birth control. Now I’m on the 2nd IUI, but this time giving Clomid another try; with our faith in God, we pray that I am pregnant! The reason I’m giving Clomid a rating of 8 is because of the severe pain that I endured during ovulation - even though it is so worth it in the end."

For Female Infertility "The 1st time I took Clomid, I took it for 6 months, with the doctor increasing the dose from 50 mg to 100 mg to 150 mg. After no success, he took me off, and then the 1st month I was off the pill, I found out I was pregnant. A healthy baby almost 5 years ago. 2 years after that, I tried again, I got pregnant after 2 rounds of Clomid. I had a miscarriage. Now I'm ready again, this will be my 2nd round. We shall see. Praying for a speedy, healthy pregnancy."

For Female Infertility "So in November 2019, I suffered a miscarriage at 6 weeks (first-time mom). My doctors reassured me it would be a walk in the park. Shock on me and hubby, we gave all we could, but nothing. In May 2020, we went to a gynecologist and HSG was recommended. I was told both tubes were blocked and chances of getting pregnant were close to zero. I blamed myself for the miscarriage. We visited a different gynecologist who suggested we do a procedure to open up the tubes. In November 2020, we went for the procedure. The attending doctor decided to do another HSG before the main procedure. Shock on everyone, my tubes were open (that was a miracle to us). The other procedure was canceled. Our gynecologist gave Clomid for 4 cycles, 50 mgs. We misread the prescription and did 2 cycles and gave up. When we re-read the prescription and noticed the doctor recommended 4 cycles, it was June 2021, and so we got another 50 mgs. In July, I missed my menses, and two days after, the test was positive."

For Female Infertility "My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for four years. We are both 26 years old. Last year I was rushed into emergency surgery because I had cancerous cysts on my right ovary and cysts that had burst. After the procedure was done, my doctor told me that my left ovary didn't work. It wasn't producing anything. So, he told me that the cancerous cysts were probably the cause of why we hadn't gotten pregnant yet, and if in a year we still weren't pregnant to come back in. Well, one year went by and nothing. So, he prescribed me Clomid and told me to take it day 1 of my period for 5 days. I am currently on day 4/5 and have had no serious side effects besides a minor headache that goes away with Tylenol. I am so excited to see if this works!"

For Female Infertility "This is my second time trying this medication. Earlier this year, I was taking 50 mg once a day on days 5-9 and had sex days 9-14. No luck! So we're trying to give this another try, dosage has been increased to 100 mg a day on days 5-9 and sex on days 9-14. Really hope this works. I have PCOS, and my tubes were checked with dye to make sure they weren't blocked. My insurance company won't pay for medicine."

For Ovulation Induction "I want to review Clomid and Metformin because other people's reviews gave me hope, and I want to pay it back. About me: I am 32, UK-based, TTC for nearly 3 years, 1 miscarriage during that time, PCOS, and high AMH levels. I began taking 50g Clomid (with 1000g Metformin) in September 2021 to induce ovulation, and it worked for me the first time. I did not get pregnant that month, but blood tests confirmed that for the first time in a long time, I had ovulated. I took the same dose in October 2021, and I am currently 5 weeks pregnant!! For me, Clomid has been a true blessing. I took it on days 2-6 of my cycle (starting on the second day of my period) and always just before bed to try and avoid the worst of the side effects. I did get some hot flushes and vaginal dryness, and the second month I was exceptionally emotional/irritable, but TBH I think that was more about the stress of trying to conceive than the actual medication! Good luck to everyone on this journey xxx."
