For Female Infertility "So I have been TTC for years. I am 24 years old and I don’t have regular periods, so my doctor prescribed Clomid 50mg for me to take for 5 days, as well as Provera to induce my period. My period did come and I started the Clomid on cycle day 2. It’s now cycle day 28 and I am experiencing some symptoms such as lower back ache, sore nipples, and cramps. Can’t wait to do my pregnancy test, hoping it’s positive. Anyone else experience these symptoms?"

For Female Infertility "I did not think it would work. Did 4 rounds of Clomid. 50mg, 100mg, 150mg & 50mg. I had no side effects except for a large, non-painful cyst on the 150mg which required me to wait 1 month before trying 50mg again and to be tested for ovarian cancer. Started 50mg again in October 2017, cycle days 2-7 and had blood drawn on day 21 to see if it increased progesterone. I waited, thinking it wasn’t going to work. I had bad cramping for 1-2 weeks & decided to test before calling my doctor to see what was wrong. I found out I was pregnant on November 3rd, 2017. My daughter is now 17 months old!"

For Female Infertility "I tried Clomid 50 mg for three cycles, but no success 3-7. My periods were on the 20 Sep 2019. I started on the 23 Sept 2019 Clomid 100 mg first round 4-8. I didn't experience any side effects. The only result when I finished the 7 days was cramps in my abdomen for 1 day. Then the next day, my nipples became sore. I'm just waiting to miss my period and get a big positive. God bless all. Cross fingers, ladies. Baby dust to you all."

For Female Infertility "I’m 27 years old, been ttc since 2020. I have a regular period. Drank Clomid this year, 2023, on my 5th day of the period. Had delayed period with negative pregnancy result. Day 30 and still no period, with severe cramps on lower back and ovaries. Probably developed ovarian cyst because of Clomid."

For Ovulation Induction "I first took Clomid 50 mg in December, and I unfortunately didn’t respond. I took Clomid 100 mg this cycle and now just waiting for the results of it. Side effects: cramps, headache, hormonal mood swings."

For Female Infertility "Month 5 on Clomid, 25 mg days 5-10 and still no luck. I've been charting temps and using OPKs, while being monitored every month with scans and lab work. Side effects are rough after I ovulate. I cramp and get backaches to the point where I can't get out of bed. Thinking this will be my last month since I've been gaining about 8 lbs per month."
