"My son and I get Wilate whenever there is a potential for bleeding, surgery, dental, etc. Seems to work fine, but it’s given intravenously, so if we need a continued dose, it’s a trip to the infusion clinic or leave your IV in until necessary. For short bleeds and cuts, we take tranexamic acid orally."
