Acetazolamide "I have used Diamox for over 20 years as a 'seizure control drug' for epilepsy. In this time, I have found it a very effective drug. One side effect I did experience was that the drug Tegretol, in tandem with Diamox, did not allow the Diamox to work effectively. This was soon discovered, and Tegretol was stopped."
