You may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket Xolair drug cost and $0 for Xolair injection administration costs if you qualify for the Xolair copay card coupon.
Who is eligible for the Xolair copay card?
You are eligible for the Xolair copay card to cover out-of-pocket costs drug costs and administration costs if you have:
- commercial (private or non-governmental) insurance,
- have a valid prescription for an approved FDA indication,
- live in the United States or U.S. Territories
- are 18 years of age or older.
The Xolair copay card is not available for out-of-pocket costs drug costs and administration costs for:
- Patients receiving assistance through the Genentech Patient Foundation or any other charitable organization for the same expenses covered by the program
- Patients that are enrolled in a state or federally funded insurance program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Medicaid, TRICARE, Department of Defense, or Veterans Affairs Programs.
The Xolair copay card is not available for out-of-pocket administration costs:
- If you reside or receive treatment in a restricted state (e.g. Massachusetts or Rhode Island).
If you are not eligible for the Xolair Co-pay Program, there may be other options for co-pay assistance.

- Patients who are eligible for the Copay card and a script for an FDA-approved condition may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket drug cost.
- The Copay card covers up to $15,000 per calendar year benefit period. There are no income limits for this program

- Patients who are eligible for the Copay card and a script for an FDA-approved condition may pay as little as $0 out-of-pocket drug cost.
- The Copay card covers up to $15,000 per calendar year benefit period. There are no income limits for this program
- Patients may use the Xolair Co-pay Program for their administration costs If they are receiving their treatment from the Genentech Patient Foundation.

Xolair is associated with a slightly higher risk of cancer, but cancer specialists have determined that this does not mean that Xolair causes cancer. Research has shown that cancer occurred in 20 out of 4127 trial participants (0.5% of Xolair-treated study volunteers) and 5 out of 2236 (0.2%) of people who were assigned an inactive treatment.
