Panic attack/anxiety low dose sertraline probably not effective?

Panic attack today. Spike in BP. Just started 50 mg Sertraline. I have been taking it for 8 weeks .Started at 25. Has anyone had good results on higher doses for panic attacks/anxiety? Terrible day. I don’t know what is causing them?

I want to change my antidepressant from Zooloft to Wellbutrin?

I take 150 mgs. of Sertraline daily; what would be comparable amount to take of Wellbutrin? This medication interferes with my ability to have sex and my libido is certainly suffering!! Any advice?
