As you know everyone reacts in life differently to everything.
Having mentioned this, there is only trial and error left, but a word of advice do not go down the road of benzodiazepines to mention a few xanax (alprazolam), klonopin (clonazepam), ativan (lorazepam), they are very tempting because for many people they do work and fast, trust me this happens to many peopl, including me, addiction/dependence, tolerance and once you are trapped, discontinuing them in order to avoid withdrawals syndromes, is not something you want to the bagpack full of bricks we all carry.
I suggest you look into off-label meds , one that is commonly used for anxiety is Lyrica (pregabalin) works in most people, look into off label meds with your Psychiatrist.
Other antidepressants you could try:
Remeron (mirtazapine) belongs to the drugs class of tetracyclic antidepressants
Wellbutrin bupropion) ir (immediate release) or er, xl (extended release) depending on which one hopefully helps with your treatment, it belongs to the drug class of miscellaneous antidepressants.
There are options out there, as I mentioned trial and error, a good Dr., patience and faith.
One last aspect, try to keep a psositive mental attitude, it helps, easier said than done, if I can, so can you, you´ll get there, it may take a bit of time or hopefully not, being realistic, not negative.
