Why has amitriptyline caused me breathing issues and chest tightness?

I started taking amitriptyline and just over a week later and started getting chest pains and struggled breathing. Now 3 months later I’m still struggling with those issues and I’ve been off the medication for just over 2 weeks.

How soon after taking Abilify can I take tramadol?

Switch from hydrocodone/acetaminophen?

I was taking hydrocodone/acetaminophen and ran out 24 hours ago, can I now take tramadol? I cannot refill my hydrocodone/acetaminophen for 6 more days and I am in severe pain
