How do I take quetiapine during the day for anxiety whilst also staying awake?

I've been prescribed 25mg quetiapine twice a day for anxiety but it makes me so drowsy. Any top tips for how to take it so I can be anxiety free during the day without being asleep?

Sertraline every other day?

Just a general question, can you take sertraline every other day… example, take it Monday, don’t take it Tuesday, take it Wednesday and so on. I know it would probably limit it’s effects but just wondering.

My dr prescribed me 100mg of gabapentin for anxiety and im kinda nervous to take it, I take 1mg of klonopin 2x times daily but it’s not working anymore after two years. I’m wondering what you felt like the first time you took it.

Is ringing in ears a common side effect of Lexapro?

I've been on Lexapro for 3 weeks now. First 2 weeks was on 5mg then increased to 10mg. Since increasing to 10mg (7 days now) I have noticed more anxiety, constant ringing in ears and major lack of motivation. I just want to lay in bed all day

I’ve been prescribed 50mg sertraline I’m 20 years old for anxiety. I’m on day 4. My breathing’s been bad, shakes, head feels werid, headache, hot flashes, pure fear. It’s awful. Is all of this normal? The head feeling is werid and freaking me out
