Suprep Bowel Prep Kit - My stools are yellow and watery. Do I need to do the second round of?

Began the prep for a colonoscopy tomorrow at 8:30am. I took the first Suprep at 6pm. My stools are yellow/watery now. I’m due to take the second dose at 5am, do I need that dose??
