Began the prep for a colonoscopy tomorrow at 8:30am. I took the first Suprep at 6pm. My stools are yellow/watery now. I’m due to take the second dose at 5am, do I need that dose??

I thought one bottle was good enough, too. My doctor didn't and now I have to go have another colonoscopy in three months ! If I had done what I was supposed to it would have been ten years ! Save yourself the trouble and make yourself drink the second bottle !

Yes you should drink both preps. I thought I was clean out from the first prep. Man was I wrong. Just so you don't have to go this again so soon.
