I have daily anxiety that is manageable but get panicky for a few days every month. Could I take it as needed maybe 2 times a week whenever I feel more anxious or is that bad/ not recommended?

One drink hours before taking Valium?

I had one alcoholic drink around 4.00pm and took a Valium at 9:30pm. I know the two shouldn’t be mixed and I completely forgot about the drink until shortly after taking the Valium. Should I be concerned?
