I am currently on 40mg propranolol and am about to start tapering down to 20mg a day and then 10mg before stopping altogether. I have been taking one 40mg tablet every morning for half a year and I made the decision to come off of it because I have been going to counseling and don’t feel I need it everyday now. I asked my doctors if I could take two 10mg Propranolol to make up a 20mg dose and they said it’s okay, however I am quite nervous about it and I would like some reassurance to know it’ll be okay.

You can absolutely do that, take 2 10mg pills to equal one 20mg dose. Good luck to you!
