Has anyone felt anxiety chest pressure being on 50mg of Pristiq?

I am on on 50mg of Pristiq. For the first 8 days it was great. Day 9 I started feeling chest tightness (anxiety feeling). I have been on it for 2 1/2 weeks and am wondering if this will go away. My doctor seems to think it will. I just want some reassurance. Please help!
