I have been prescribed Librium (Chloradiazipoxide) 2x Daily and I didn't know if it would cause weight gain??? I Psych. provider wants me to be in this long term for anxiety and insomnia. Any information would be helpful!

Not weight gain per se, but it has infrequently been reported to increase appetite. So just watch out for that and adjust your diet and exercise if needed.
