Vyvanse tends to make me a bit anxious. I love coffee and don't want to stop drinking it (1 mug in the morning), but I wonder - is it possible that the coffee is adding to the anxiousness?

Hi, John!
Oh, yes. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can even cause “caffeine jitters” for some folks.
One cup isn’t all that much but when combined with Vyvanse and existing anxiety it might make you feel more anxious.
To a coffee lover this is a wicked suggestion but could you tolerate trying de-caf?
