I take 20 mg of lisinopril at 7 p.m., Can I take 5 mg of melatonin at night for sleep?

I have anxiety because of recent high blood pressure issues. My anxiety causes BP to rise and I can't get to sleep some nights if I am worried. Gabapentin is not the answer for anxiety. It is a band aid. Initially it helped, I was only on 200mg
