If I need to lower my blood pressure fast, I drink some orange juice. It doesn’t have to be a lot. Since I don’t know what meds you are on, their dosage or how often you take them, check with your dr. All liquids get into your system faster than food. Just be careful you haven’t taken a full dose of BP meds and then drink a bottle of juice. I am on 100 mg of Losartan and I used to take it when I went to bed. One morning I had one of those single use bottles of juice, it brought my pressure too low and it really caused some chest pain. Also, if it’s legal where you live, buy some CBD cream from Amazon. There are jars with differing strengths but you really only need a smear. FYI, CBD does not make you high. It just relaxes you. Hope this helps!
