I have biolar disorder. I am on 450mg Seroquel. I was on 500mg but I would occassionally get up in middle of night and stumble around hardly making it to the bathroom and breathing hard as I leaned on the sink and stumbled back to bed. As an analogy it seemed like I had 3 or 4 cocktails. I am also on lithium 600, Gaba 700 mg, and 200mg Lamictal.
Problem: I think I need the whole 500 mg Seroquel for a lot of breakthrough anxiety, and 450 S isn't enough. I talked to my practitinoer and she has no idea. She thought maybe it was transient because it really didn't happen that often, but wasn't sure about any danger or about it getting worse.
I also take 500 mg of seroquel. I'm supposed to take one in the morning and one at bed time, in your case of you thinking the whole 500 is what you should take. No, I recommend that you speak to your primary Care provider and let them know you think you may need a lower dosage since you also take other medication as well. Also ask about hydroxyzine for anxiety with the seroquel. That seems to work well together

I'm on seroquel, up to 500mg a day, once daily at bed time. Was on 200mg in the morning and 300 at night but it caused serious fatigue and I was pretty much a write off. Also, I should add that I'm on 3600mg of Gabapentin. The highest dose a practitioner can recommend. I suffer from clinical depression and fybromyalgia. Will also be adding Wellbutrin to the mix, in the morning. These doses seem very high. But with the gaba, I find it to be a mood enhancer. More outgoing, more energy, but a ton more disorganization. ..

I also take seroquel, I´m on 300mg now, but the highest I have been is 900mg, when I went through a very strong manic phase, forgot to mention I am bipolar.
I suggest the less you take the better off you are, our bloodstream is so filled with chemicals, I believe we are intoxicated by all these medications without realizing it.
