3 days to a week i would give it a week though just to be on the safe side cause you definantly dont want to waste good pain relief when you can actually feel it.

Are you kidding? I will never take that crap again. I don't know if I can wait a week, but I don't want to take the percocet and waste it. What should I do for pain relief/withdrawal then in the meantime... do you know? Thanks mrspage82.

I totally understand how many do you have left? if you have at least 20 try some after the 3 days if you have less i agree you should prepare for withdrawls. Make sure you have plenty of imodium drink plenty of water and try some tylenol till your able to take your percocets. I remember my bm was so runny and i was in the bathroom so much i took like 10 imodiums one day i dont think i took a s**t for a week:) Let me know how it goes and what you decided michelle.

It might be a long 3 days, especially if you take the percs for pain. But you will be ok, you'll make it. I went on subs because the dr told me they would also help my pain, he lied. Luckily I had some percs leftover I took them same day I stopped the subs. I didn't get any pain relief but I didn't have much withdrawal sickness either. Just don't overdue it with the percs cause you won't feel them till at least the 3rd day. Hope you have enough to get you through this. Besides the fact the subs didn't help my pain, I hated the way they made me feel. My profile tells a lot. I am still trying to get stabilized on methadone. After 21 days I am only at 60ng and around this time every day I go into mild withdrawal until I can go dose in the morning. I wish I never had to get started on narcotics, look where I am now. It's disgusting. I am 54 yrs old and will be on methadone till I die. Don't let yourself end up like me. God Bless and Good Luck. Sable
