Gabapentin guidelines advise against taking with antacids. Not clear whether omeprazole is in that category.

Yes it is ok. Antacids like Tums contain calcium carbonate, what makes it chalky and able to reduce pH in stomach, while omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor. Two different chemical processes.
