For the most part, yes, you can. You can use the Interaction Checker but you'll need to look at the ingredients in the product you plan on using:

Antacids are generally safe to be taken with Wellbutrin. There are a lot of antacids available in the market. If you have a specific antacid medication in mind, you could also check: https://www.drugs.com/interaction/list/?drug_list=440-203
Just input the specific medication and it will be checked for any interaction with Bupropion (Wellbutrin).
