I have multiple symptoms going on. The most recent is like my body is on fire pins and needles in some extremities. I also have trouble swallowing and get heartburn. Had some bloodwork but said was okay. Was having chest pain and dr. Did a echo and echo stress test. He was horrible. He said i had a mitral valve prolapse and echo stress was good. My blood pressure was okay the last couple times I was in dr' s office. But diastolic was running in 90's earlier and also hit a hundred after going to ER due to chest pain. I get thirsty a lot with dry mouth and then after drinking lots of water will get chills goosebumps. Very weak with vision not the same with warm feeling behind them. I have a lot of cognitive and memory problems which have been getting worse. I do have depression and anxiety. So every dr. thinks your nuts and don't believe what you are saying. I feel like something is killing me from the inside. I don't know what other specific tests to ask for. I am feeling very desperate.

Have you checked your thyroid ?
Get tested for bartonella no doctor will admit what it is I have all these symtoms and much much more... it only gets worse unfortunately
Have any you had a fluoroquinolone antibiotic within as much as a year before symptoms.
All this pain and more from this poisonous drug.
Please Google side effects if you have been treated with Cipro or the many other FQ's. Life altering!!!
Look up and consider mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) or a mast cell disorder. You seem to suffer many of the symptoms. You can also research Dr. Lawrence Afrin; he provides a wealth of information.
Best of luck to you!
Hi.
I have been going through very similar for 2 months now. It started with pains in my neck and then a tingling sensation down one side of my face. I then started experiencing muscle twitching and slight cramps every now and again. I’m constantly tired, my neck feels still and I have burning sensations all over my body, it’s awful... it feel like someone is throwing boiling water over me. My joints also ache a lot. Like you I’m feeling really lost here and don’t know which way to turn. I’ve had bloods checked and it came back saying that I had slightly low calcium levels. I’ve been on vitamin d tablets now for 6 weeks and I don’t feel any different. It sounds like me and you are going through that same plus quite a few other on here too.
I hope that you get it all sorted soon
Hi, I have the exact same symptoms and it's been a long haul believe me. Please find a gastroenterologist who is familiar with SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) and you will be on your way to getting well. God bless!
Is muscle pains cause by small intestine bacterial overgrowth?
I have many of the same symptoms but in addition I have chronic migraines and muscle weakness. After 7 years of being treated for one condition after another, my GP referred me to a rheumatologist and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. That is a double edged sword because now every strange thing that happens, such a purple rash that continues to recur on one hand, one foot that swells and twists cannot be diagnosed and it results in the statement of it must be fibromyalgia. Have the doctor check your ANA levels also. Fibromyalgia includes many things you report. The valve prolapse, costachondritis which is inflammation in the rib cage causing chest pain, tmj, and many more. I hope this helps you to seek a doctor that understands fibromyalgia and find out if that could be your condition as well.
This keeps saying I have already answered, but don't see it! I suggest since I have had everyone of these same symptoms, & do have type 11 diabetes, plus a whole lot of other problems that were brought on by having a pituitary tumor. One of the other problems not mentioned is adrenal insuffienciency. You might ought to have a talk with your doctor about this also. Removal of my tumor left me with more problems than before it was removed. I also have all of the symptoms you have described in your original question. Fibromyalgia goes along with all these other problems, but does not cause the burning & tingling in your legs. It causes extreme pain near the joints & in the muscles. That may be one of your problems, but it seems no one has gotten to the cause of all your problems. A pituitary tumor can wreck havoc on all your body systems. Please talk to your doctor about this ASAP. All it takes is an MRI of the brain to get that answer.
If it's not that I do hope you find out what is causing all of your problems. It took a lot of years, & a good neurosurgeon to find mine. Best of luck to you. This is for the original poster who posed the question in 2013. I hope you have found some relief.
I know this post is old but how did you ever get I wonder because I'm going to the same thing I can't get any answers either did you ever get any answer thanks
Did you find solution for your problem? Because a person known to me also face the same symptoms now. It would be helpful if you could say me.
Ok, so to me what you are describing is what I deal with from having fibromyalgia. Last night I drank wine so I'm up now feeling as though my blood is burning throughout my entire body-just feels like my blood is acidic. It's a price I have to pay from eating certain things. Fibro also causes chest pains which I get several times a year and also indigestion causes chest pains and both mimic symptoms of a heart attack where it runs up your neck or to your back or arm. You must first rule out other causes and it sounds as if you have with bloodwork and such. Get them to check the tender areas to see if it's fibro. It causes brain fog, fatigue, feel as though you have the flu or have bruises all over. I have drastically changed the foods I eat adding in tumeric and black pepper to eggs, smoothies, and seafood daily. Limit grains and sugars. The Ketogenic Diet is really best for any pain disorder. Add in healthy fats like avacado, coconut oil, etc.
Foods high in omega 3- flax seeds, chia seeds, salmon, etc. Smoothies are a great way to injest unusual things like chlorella, spirulina, ginger, etc. I believe the burning sensation to be inflammation-maybe body's response to what it sees as bad. That's just what I have noticed as most doctors don't really understand it. A rheumatologist will usually understand better. Most are at a loss. If you are on Facebook join fibro support groups and read what others write and see if you can relate at all.
I have the same problem as you do and just like you drs look at me and treat me like i am nuts. My husband sees it so he believes me but i just turn to god for help. As it gets worse i get weaker every day can not keep up on housework or most things i used to do. I will keep you in my prayers.
I also recently began to experience that burning sensation throughout my body along with tingling in my hands, feet, legs and face. Dr diagnosed me with neuropathy but the burning feeling is new. Dr ran tests and all then sent me on my way home after that... it's frustrating but maybe one day I'll have an answer.
How are you feeling
Did you have your B12 levels checked? Very low levels of B12 can cause a lot of the issues you are describing. It took me 15 years to get a correct answer that I had pernicious anemia - which almost had me bedridden by the time the right doctor figured it out.
I have these same symptoms. Please tell me you have found out how to stop all of the burning.
I found out I had fibromyalgia. You need to go to a doctor. There are many different medications and supplements to use for the burning pain and other symptoms.
I know this is an old post but I am having the same problems and looking for some answers. Can anyone help?
Can any one help?
So after years of medical problems after medical problems, some of the symptoms you are describing, I had been diagnosed with pitorisis rosea. All the symptoms matched up and the dr prescribed some ointments and told me to go to a tanning bed. 7 years later I was at the dermatologist for a follow-up and she freaked out, did a biopsy and it came back positive for mycosis fungoides lymphoma, or MF lymphoma. A very rare cancer that attacks the t-cells and starts on the skin. It is cancers form of AIDS and is non curable. It looks like excema on the skin and forms where skin doesn't get sunlight. Uva radiation is one of the treatments ie tanning bed, which luckily I was already doing because of the misdiagnosis. It heightens inflammatory response in the body, lowering the immune system and making you susceptible to many other things.
