Yes, rashes can be side effects of Celexa:
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Rash, eczema, pruritus"
Side effects generally resolve within days to several weeks. If it's persistent or appeared after you've been taking the medication for a while you should report it to your health care provider. You'd also want to rule out any other underlying cause.
