Each mL contains:

Thiamine Hydrochloride

150 mg

Riboflavin 5’ Sodium Phosphate U.S.P.

2 mg

Niacinamide

150 mg

d-Panthenol

10 mg

Pyridoxine HCL

10 mg

Inositol

20 mg

Choline Chloride

20 mg

Benzyl Alcohol (preservative)

2% v/v

Water for Injection

q.s.

Warning

Parenteral administration of thiamine has resulted in anaphylactic shock.

Administer slowly and with caution in doses over 1/3 mL (50 mg Thiamine).

Dosage and Administration

Administer by intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous injection. Dosage may be repeated once or twice weekly as needed.

1 to 3 mL per 100 lbs of body weight.

Vitamin B Complex 150 Indications

As a source of B complex vitamins for use in the treatment of deficiencies of these vitamins in cattle, sheep and horses.

Store upright only at refrigerated temperatures between 2°-8°C (36°-46°F). Do not allow to freeze.
