Use Swine Bluelite as a source of oral hydration support during periods of environmental change or handling such as hot weather, weaning, sorting, handling, and/or transportation.

INGREDIENTS

Dextrose, Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Calcium Silicate, Sucrose, Lactose, Calcium Lactate, Fructose, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glycine, Monosodium Phosphate, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Benzoate (preservative), Saccharin Sodium, FD&C Blue No. 1

Directions For Use

Water Administration

Give Swine BlueLite for 5-7 days or until pigs pig’s hydration status has been restored.

Mix 1 ounce (3 tablespoons) of Swine BlueLite product per 4 gallons (15.2 liters) of drinking water.

Mix 1 pound (2 1/2 cups, 600 mL) of Swine BlueLite product per 64 gallons (242 L) of drinking water.

Mix 2 pounds (5 cups, 1.2 L) of Swine BlueLite per gallon of stock solution. Provide 1 fl. oz. (30 mL) of stock solution to each gallon of drinking water (1:128.

Feed Mixing

Mix 6 pounds (2.72 kg) of Swine BlueLite to each ton of complete swine feed. Use Swine BlueLite in the feed for 5-7 days or until pigs are consuming their normal amount of feed.

Swine BlueLite Caution

Pigs showing symptoms of coma or shock or too weak and dehydrated to eat and drink normally should be treated as directed by a veterinarian. This product is not nutritionally complete if used by itself for long periods of time. It should not be used beyond the recommended period without the addition of milk or milk replacers in young pigs.

STORAGE

Store in a dry room at temperatures between 4° C and 30° C (40° F - 86° F). Once bag is opened, close bag tightly and place unused portion in a dry, air sealable container.
