Sulfamethazine Bolus Indications

For oral use as an aid in the treatment of pneumonia, footrot, diphtheria, metritis and other infections in large animals, when caused by sulfamethazine susceptible organisms.

Sulfamethazine Bolus Caution

Consult a veterinarian if no improvement is apparent after 3 days.

Directions For Use

Initial dose; 1 bolus per 80 kg of body weight. Subsequent dose one-half the initial dose may be given daily if necessary.

Warning

Discontinue treatment 10 days before slaughtering for use as human food.

Milk from lactating animals should not be used for human consumption for 96 hours after treatment.

Keep out of reach of children.
