Propylene Glycol, USP Indications

As an aid in the treatment of Acetonemia (Ketosis) of cattle.

Dosage and Administration

Administer orally in the drinking water, in the grain ration or as a drench. Cattle: MILD CASES: 120 mL morning and evening. SEVERE CASES: 240 mL morning and evening. Repeat morning and evening for 4 days or as directed by your veterinarian.

Cautions: Some cows may not respond to treatment as a result of complicating factors, such as milk fever, hardware disease, etc. These conditions must be treated in conjunction with the acetonemia. Consults your veterinarian if in doubt.


Store below 25°C. Keep from freezing.
