Glucosamine also helps to maintain synovial fluid that lubricates the joints and helps sustain joint mobility. For Use In:

Administration:

Administer soft chew directly to dog. Can be given during or after meal time.

Loading Administration:

Double the daily amount for first 3 weeks. If digestive upset occurs, taper dosage for a few days then gradually resume recommended dose.

Maintenance Administration:

Administration

After 3 weeks loading dose, if positive results are seen, reduce to maintenance dose. Since each dog’s body is different, results may take longer in some dogs. If positive results are not seen, continue loading dose.

Cautions:

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset. An examination from a veterinarian is recommended prior to using this product. Not for use with anticoagulants. May be GI irritant and not used in high doses with anticoagulant drugs or patients with stomach ulcers.
