Professional use

DECAZYM combines proteases, lipases and amylases to remove traces of slurry, grease and organic deposits.

Its foaming power allows prolonged contact with soiling for deep cleaning.

Composition

Combination of three enzymes (proteases, lipases, amylases)

Anionic and soft amphoteric surfactants.

Directions For Use

Apply DECAZYM by foam gun spray on the surfaces to be cleaned, at the rate of 2%, ie 1 to 2 liters per 100 m² on the ground. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse at the high-pressure pump.

As with all enzymes, the activity is enhanced by the use of warmer water (35°C to 45°C). Do not exceed 50°C.

After use, clean application equipment with water.

Rinse surfaces in contact with food with drinking water.
