Precautions

If your condition does not improve or if it become worse, check with your doctor.
This medicine may cause serious skin reactions. Check with your doctor right away if you have blisters, peeling, pus, ulcers, cracking, redness, flaking, scaling, crusting, or swelling of the skin.
Serious side effects
Along with its needed effects, tirbanibulin topical may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.
Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur while taking tirbanibulin topical:
More common side effects
- cracking of the skin
- crusting of the skin
- dryness and peeling of the skin
- flushing, redness of the skin
- redness, blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin
- skin ulcers
- swelling
- unusually warm skin
Other side effects
Some side effects of tirbanibulin topical may occur that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away during treatment as your body adjusts to the medicine. Also, your health care professional may be able to tell you about ways to prevent or reduce some of these side effects.

- burning, stinging, or pain at the application site
- itching skin

- Very common (10% or more): Adverse reaction related to treatment (16%)[Ref]
Dermatologic
- Very common (10% or more): Erythema (mild: 22%; moderate: 63%; severe: 6%), flaking/scaling (mid: 26%; moderate: 47%), crusting (mild: 30%; moderate: 14%), swelling (mild: 29%)
- Common (1% to 10%): Flaking/scaling (severe: 9%), crusting (severe: 2%), swelling (mild: 9%; severe: <1%), vesiculation/pustulation (mild:7%; moderate to severe: <1%; ), erosion/ulceration (mild: 9%; moderate: 3%), application site pruritus (9%), application site pain (pain, tenderness, stinging, and burning sensation: 10%)[Ref]
