Zepbound cost with insurance

Zepbound costs $25 for a 1-month or 3-month prescription if you have commercial insurance and a Zepbound savings card. This saving card covers single-dose pens 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg doses and is available in pharmacies and through LillyDirect Pharmacy Solutions.

Zepbound cost without insurance

The cost of Zepbound without insurance is $349 for a 2.5mg vial, $499 for a 5mg vial, for a one-month prescription from LillyDirect self-pay pharmacy.

The Zepbound Self Pay Journey Program allows you to receive automatic savings on 7.5 and 10 mg doses $499 per month if you refill within 45 days of your prior delivery. 1-month supply is defined as 28 days and 4 vials. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

You can usually save money using the Zepbound vials instead of the Zepbound pens. Single-dose vials are administered using a needle and a syringe.
