How do I qualify for a Mounjaro Coupon or Savings Card?
The Mounjaro coupon is available if you have commercial insurance and have a valid Mounjaro prescription for type 2 diabetes. You must be a current resident of the United States or Puerto Rico and be 18 years old. You are not eligible for a savings card if you do not have commercial drug insurance or if you are enrolled in any state, federal, or government-funded healthcare program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, DoD, VA, TRICARE CHAMPUS, or any state prescription drug assistance program.

How much will I save with a Mounjaro Coupon or Savings Card?

If you are using the Mounjaro coupon with commercial insurance that covers Mounjaro you may save a maximum of $150 for a 1-month prescription, $300 for a 2-month prescription, or $450 for a 3-month prescription fill, and separate maximum annual savings of up to $1,950 per calendar year. You must have a valid prescription for type 2 diabetes.
A one-month prescription is for 28 days and up to 4 pens, a 2-month prescription is 56 days and up to 8 pens, and a 3-month prescription is 84 days and up to 12 pens. The Mounjaro coupon may be used up to 13 prescription fills per calendar year.
