How much is Wegovy with or without insurance?

Wegovy may cost $0 for a 1-month or 3-month prescription if you have insurance and are eligible for the Savings card, but without insurance, Wegovy can cost $499 per month when supplied from Novo Nordisk’s NovoCare Pharmacy, a direct-to-patient delivery option for cash-paying patients. Wegovy list price is $1,349.02/package. This is the original price set by the manufacturer before discounts or rebates are used, and most people do not pay the list price.

Wegovy cost with insurance

The Wegovy cost with insurance may be $0 for a 28-day supply for up to 13 fills if you use the Wegovy (semaglutide) coupon or savings card program. The Wegovy coupon or savings card is called the Standard Savings Offer. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you qualify, or check the NovoCare terms and conditions.

Wegovy cost without insurance

Wegovy cost is $499 per 28-day supply without insurance for all strengths of Wegovy supplied from Novo Nordisk’s NovoCare® Pharmacy, a direct-to-patient delivery option for cash-paying patients. You may purchase a 56-day supply of Wegovy for $998 or an 84-day supply of Wegovy for $1,497.

When you use the $499 offer, your prescription will be processed without your insurance, it will not count toward any deductibles or be applied to any insurance maximum out-of-pocket limits.
